All teams will practice twice per week throughout their season. All practices will take place at Elder Grove School, except for the first month of the season.

Tournaments are not a guarantee, but the club will register for 8-10 tournaments per team. A parent or player is required to work 7am -12 pm or 12 pm-5 pm (or until the end of tournament clean up, whichever happens last) during one of the Avalanche tournaments.

​*Age waivers are allowed for academic grades in all tournaments except the Big Sky Volleyfest (Metra Tournament) and Best of the West.
